And if after the publishing of the said proclamation the said disordered persones shall continue and persiste in the unduetifull course they are nowe entred into, he shall then direct the said forces to assist Sir Richard Bingham in the prosecutyon of the said rebelles, to whome bothe her Majesty and their Lordships, in respect of the knowledge he hath of those contries and the skill he hathe in martiall affaires, thinck meet the same should be committed. And if he shall finde the bandes uowe entertayned by her Majestie not sufficient, he shall then either cause some newe bandes to be levyed in that Realme as in lyke cases hathe ben accustomed, and to entertayne them during that service, or els for avoyding of anie further newe charges to send some well chosen persones (which their Lordships wishe to be Sir Edward Moore and Sir Henry Bagnall) unto Tirlaghe Leuaughe and the Erle of Tyrone, to require them to permitt suche Englishe companies as are by them entertayned to repaire to Connaught to be used in that eervise for a tyme. O'Rourke) who hathe greatly abused him in that he hath not come!in unto him according 'to his promise, will joyne with the newe created rebell Mac William and Clan Donnell and their associates, he shall doe well to geve direction unto the parties, that he shall send unto Tirlaghe and the Erle to deale with them bothe in her Majestie's name, perswading them to send unto Orwycke and to lett him understand that incase he shall joyne with the said Mac, William, or shall in anie sorte shew himself to favor him and his partie, they will then not fayle to invade his contry and prosecute him as a traytour unto her Majestie, which their Lordships also wishe migh..
